How Trichoderma Biofungicide Kills Fungal Pathogens & Improves Plant Growth

Trichoderma Biofungicide is a  biocontrol  mechanism  against plant  pathogens, these include  release  of hydrolytic  enzymes  that  degrade  cell  wall  of  phytopathogenic  fungi,  competition  for  nutrients, parasitism, and antibiotics.   It normally grows on plant root surface in its natural environment and thus, in particular, it controls root diseases. Chemical fungicides are harmful to the environment and are therefore very expensive, raising production costs.

Trichoderma, a beneficial, filamentous fungus, are cosmopolitan in nature and have drawn attention because of their multi-prong action against different plant pathogens. These fungi grow quickly and live longer than any other fungi that are toxic. Anand Agrocare is a leading Trichoderma bio fungicide manufacturers and suppliers in Nashik, India. We optimize our strong infrastructure with a professional molders team upgrading equipment and machines that allow us to produce an efficient range of high-quality products in a relatively short time.

Trichoderma Improves Plant Growth

Trichoderma is a genus of soil-dwelling fungi that is highly effective in colonizing many varieties of plant roots and inhibiting fungi that cause many kinds of diseases throughout the world. Even in the absence of pathogens, trichoderma may improve plant health. In soil that is acidic, the fungus grows best, and it helps establish such an atmosphere by secreting organic acids.

They can solubilize phosphates and mineral ions, such as iron, magnesium, and manganese, and these acids have an additional impact that benefits plants greatly. This ensures that the dissolution of these minerals is encouraged, making it easier for the plants to consume them. These nutrients in the soil are always in short supply. If the soil is very bad to start with, the increase in the yield of the plants is greater.

Benefits of Trichoderma Bio Fungicide

·        Disease Control: Trichoderma is an effective biocontrol agent that is commonly used in soil born diseases. It has been used extensively against pathogenic fungi of different genera, i.e. Scelerotia, Phytopthara, etc. Fusarium,

·        Plant Growth Promoter: Micronutrients and phosphates are solubilized by trichoderma strains. The application of Trichoderma strains to plants raises the number of deep roots, thus increasing the plant's ability to withstand drought.

·        Biochemical Elicitors of Disease: It is understood that resistance in plants is caused by trichoderma strains. Three groups of compounds are now known to be produced by Trichoderma and induce plant resistance. Such compounds induce the development of ethylene, hypersensitive responses and other reactions in plant cultivars related to protection.

·        Transgenic plants: The introduction of the gene endochitinase Trichoderma into plants such as tobacco and potato plants has improved their resistance to fungal growth.

·        Bioremediation: Trichoderma strains play an important role in the bioremediation of soil infected with pesticides and herbicides. These, including organochlorines, organophosphates and carbonates, have the ability to destroy a variety of insecticides.

Our Dr. Bacto' Herz is a Trichoderma bio fungicide containing Mycoparasitic Fungi spores and conidia in India. Dr. Bacto's Herz prevents seedlings from attacking root/collar/stem rots, wilts, damping offs, leaf blights, etc. caused by soil-borne pathogens. The root section and the soil surface are colonized rapidly by depriving the harmful fungi of food and space, preventing them from growing and multiplying. By growing and colonizing the destructive fungi and using them as their own food, they contribute significantly to improving the soil structure.
